LifePilot Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MaghSpark ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use LifePilot, also known as Life Admin Autopilot.

We use information to create and secure your account, store and synchronize reminders, send notifications you request, provide support, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, and maintain the service.

3. Service providers

Information may be processed by infrastructure providers that help us host the API and database, Expo and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging for push delivery, and Meta's WhatsApp service only if WhatsApp reminders are enabled. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments. We do not sell personal information.

4. Security

LifePilot communicates with its production API over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, authentication credentials are stored using secure device storage, and access controls restrict account data. No system can guarantee absolute security.

5. Retention and deletion

Account and reminder information is retained while your account remains active or as needed to provide the service. Operational notification records may be retained for reliability, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. You may request account deletion below. We aim to process verified requests within 30 days, except where limited retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

6. Your choices and rights

You may edit or delete individual reminders, disable notifications, update profile information, request access or correction, and request account deletion. Rights may vary by location.

7. Children

LifePilot is a general-audience productivity service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. International processing

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. We use reasonable safeguards where required.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The updated date will appear at the top, and material changes may be communicated in the app or on this website.

LifePilot Terms of Service

1. The service

LifePilot is a productivity tool that stores reminders and attempts to send notifications based on settings you choose. It is not an emergency, medical, legal, financial, or government service.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for accurate reminder dates, maintaining access to your device and account, and independently verifying critical deadlines. Notifications may be delayed or prevented by connectivity, device settings, service outages, or third-party delivery systems.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt infrastructure, upload unlawful content, or use LifePilot to harm others.

4. Account security

Provide accurate information, protect your password, and notify support if you suspect unauthorized account use.

5. Availability

We may improve, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or delivery of every notification.

6. Intellectual property

LifePilot's software, design, branding, and original content belong to MaghSpark or its licensors. Your reminder content remains yours.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. MaghSpark is not liable for missed deadlines or indirect losses caused by relying solely on reminders.

8. Termination and deletion

You may stop using LifePilot and request account deletion. We may restrict accounts that violate these terms or threaten the service.

Notification permission

On supported Android versions, LifePilot asks before sending notifications. The app remains usable if notification permission is declined, but reminders cannot appear as device notifications.

Content and safety

LifePilot contains user-created reminder text. It does not provide social networking, public content, gambling, financial transactions, or location tracking.

Store declaration: Information displayed here must stay consistent with the production app and declarations submitted by MaghSpark in Google Play Console.

Account and data deletion

Request deletion of your LifePilot account

Deletion covers your profile, reminders, notification rules, notification records, stored push token, and active authentication session, subject to limited legal or security retention.

  1. Enter the email address used for your LifePilot account.
  2. Submit the request using your email application.
  3. We will reply to verify account ownership before deletion.
  4. Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days.

This form does not upload data to this website. It opens your email application with a prepared request to [email protected].
