LifePilot Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MaghSpark ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use LifePilot.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, password in hashed form, and authentication credentials.
• Reminder information: titles, optional descriptions, categories, due dates, repeat settings, status, and notification timing.
• Device and notification information: push-notification identifier, notification preference, delivery status, and limited technical responses needed to operate notifications.

2. How we use information

We use information to create and secure your account, store and synchronize reminders, send notifications you request, provide support, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, and maintain the service.

3. Service providers and sharing

Information may be processed by infrastructure providers that help us host the service and by Expo and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging for push delivery. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

4. Security

LifePilot communicates with its production service over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, authentication credentials are stored using secure device storage, and access controls restrict account data. No system can guarantee absolute security.

5. Retention and deletion

Account and reminder information is retained while your account remains active or as needed to provide the service. You can permanently delete your account, reminders, and notification history directly in LifePilot Settings. You may also submit a verified request through our Account Deletion page. Web requests are normally completed within 30 days, except where limited retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

6. Your choices and rights

You may edit or delete individual reminders, disable notifications, update profile information, request access or correction, and permanently delete your account. Rights may vary by location.

7. Children

LifePilot is a general-audience productivity service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. International processing

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. We use reasonable safeguards where required.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The updated date will appear at the top, and material changes may be communicated in the app or on this website.
